Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by destination.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100.

Delivery Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Sustainability

All deliveries are carbon-neutral through verified offset programs. Every order arrives in LOOMORE’s signature packaging; all materials are FSC-certified and fully recyclable.

• Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or customs inspections.
• Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please review your details carefully before ordering.
