LOOMORE Refund Policy
We want your experience with LOOMORE to be a quiet pleasure. Yet we understand that sometimes, a piece simply isn't meant for you. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines.

Returns
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@loomore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We aim to respond within 1-3 business days.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way
- Free from makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear
We take great care in selecting and packaging each piece, and we ask that you extend the same care when trying on. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Return shipping costs to our warehouse are not reimbursed, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping a record of your tracking number and postage receipt, as LOOMORE cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Processing times may vary during busy seasons.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days after receiving proof of return shipping and confirming the original item is on its way back to us.
Faulty Goods
We stand behind the quality of every LOOMORE piece. If you receive an item that is faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@loomore.com.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt. We will not accept claims for faults resulting from fair wear and tear or damage caused by improper washing (please refer to our Care Instructions). If a replacement is available, we will send it to you promptly. Please indicate your preference for a replacement when you contact us.
